Alula Evo Review
On opening the weird shaped box ,you are greeted with verry few parts. The glider is easy to assemble and only one evening is required to complete. (i spent more time on the internet trying to figure out if other buiders had glued the wings onto the fuse, as i couldnt believe the wings were taped on).
Very little cyno is used and they give you a roll of Blenderm tape for the rest of the build.
Make sure you have a small reciever as some foam cutting is required to get it into the fuse and to set the CG.
The build manual is well set out with a lot of pictures and loads of additional information.
This glider is buckets of fun on a small field or even a big back yard, its not called an urban glider for nothing.
On arrival at the field i started with a few small throws ,but after 2 minutes you will be doing full 360 discus launches.
Warning :
What they dont tell you is that the following day your arm you used to do the throwing will be pretty much useless and painfull to move....But that gives you a week to recover and do it all over again.
It's addictive as hell.
Buy one its a blast.
